Fearne is a long way from lovely... I really am not bothered about her being in her swimming costume.

I still think Chris' impression of Olly Murs. Who was doing the Bill impression?

I think Culshaw visited sometime between Wed afternoon and Thur morning. I haven't had a chance to listen to him on the show yet, but I'm guessing it might have been him.

It was Zane, Will (I think) threw a hissy (for effect, before anyone senses tension) about Chris not showing a logo, so he fixed the cameras - the pretended Zane was getting his gear off, and then pretended Bill Clinton was high fiving Chris just off camera.

That'll be those 100,000 perverts all logged onto the live stream in the hopes of ogling Fearne in a skimpy swimming costume. The smart money's on the Freeview feed! - jc

Freeview feed gone offline just as Chris was saying goodbye. The website has the incorrect total time. It shows 37hr 12m 34s. Well done to anyone who stayed awake for the entire show. I bet Chris and Dave must be in a very strange place at the moment. Lets hope he writes about the experience in his next book. There were some great moments to be put onto youtube. I think it also shows we should have Radio 1 tv more often.

Well that's that then! What else is on...

Got to say that I've thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing, I watched it live from 11am on Wednesday right through till the end, and I'm glad I did. It massively exceeded my expectations and I still can't believe how the managed to remain entertaining right until the end. If any of the team happen to read this, thanks and congratulations! :D

I'm glad it's over now though as it mean I can now go to sleep! I haven't been up for as long as Chris and Dave, but I feel knackered after being up for just 48 hours.

Absolutely fantastic. £2.4 million raised and 52 hours of the best audio/visual entertainment ever! Chris and Dave really did a mightly fine job. They battled on to the end and it was outstanding. Well done to both of them and everyone else involved they should all be extremely proud of what they have achieved. The saviour reigns supreme!!!

I'm gutted I missed the end - we had a massive onsale at 10am and I had no chance of listening to the radio. I have it downloaded, but still. Now I get to start the lengthy process of listening to everything I missed and picking out stuff to clip for the Sound Vault...

If anyone's interested, there are a couple of podcasts about sleep and sleep deprivation - can't remember which one, but one of them talks about the radio record.

(Warning - for people who don't like American voices, the two guys ARE American, but they're a good listen and not nearly as annoying as you might think)
