I'm still on a total high from listening to/watching the show, what an awesome achievement, many congrats to Chris and to Dave!! Chris has been my favourite Radio 1 DJ since we lost John Peel, but he's gone up even further in my estimation with this. Awe inspiring

It would be ridiculous if it hadn't been mentioned at some point... As said already, an enormous amount raised for charity, constant inspired entertainment for over 2 days solid, not to mention the hashtag trending #1 in the UK and #2 worldwide for a time! I didn't actually see the show but am sure it will have gotten a good mention at some point, otherwise they would've made themselves look kinda stupid tonight/last night.

And yeah, it probably should've been discussed in the main thread, but this one's been made now, meh

Am I the only one who thinks that he didn't get enough of a mention last night on Comic Relief? They mentioned it briefly without really going into detail, showing any clips or talking it up really, from what I saw anyway? Any which over celebrity raised anywhere near as much as him????

Scott Mills was on Comic Relief for the Desert Trek, and mentioned the long-show with Chris Moyles, of course. Not a big mention, but better than nothing!

Anyone know what time it was since I would like to see it even if it was a brief one or whatnot on iplayer! Listened to the shows I missed during work and were enjoyable. Always like it when Big Steve comes in and hear the screams come from Chris and Dave.

I think that's quite a good review! It's entirely true that he sounded hoarse and did ramble a bit in places, and of course he's grumpy sometimes, that's why we love him.

And the weird thing is, that throughout the marathon show, the main page of the site was gone! Hah!

I have to confess, I didn't come near the site until the end of the second night of the marathon and even then it was a flying visit. Was too engrosed in the red button.

Absolutely loved Inuendo bingo on Wednesday evening, I also loved Davina and Olly Murs.

I was a bit annoyed I didn't get the chance to listen to Chris and Dev. I've always had the feeling that Chris likes Dev and would have been good to see the two on air together. I have listened back a bit on the iPlayer to their second show together.

Now I know the atmosphere was increased because of the 3 guests and also because Chris was 42 hours in to his challenge, but still, wasn't that a great show ? I wonder if maybe somewhere down the line the 3 of them could team up for a 11pm to 2am show or something, shame it wont pay enough for what Chris would want, but for the listeners I think it would be great. No crappy playlist and just a lot of fun.

Regardless of the scale (which we can't see)... it looks like a ten fold increase in visitors. Certainly a bunch of new users registered on the forums.
