I don't see it being Carrie. I did grow to like her a lot, but she was never really that vocal on the show on a day to day basis. Sure, she had her high points like the Camilla Ice stuff, but she could only ever return as a sports reader in my opinion.

Surely whoever is in next week is intended to have a more prominent role? If it is Carrie I don't thin it will work. If it is Cheggers I will be very disappointed and he could make me not listen to the show for the first time ever. Davina I wouldn't want as when she was in for the marathon for a couple of hours I found her pretty irritating.

Sara Cox for me, or Vernon would work best.

They always seem to do something with the Big Weekend acts in the run up to the event. So not sure I'd that's gonna be the reasoning for Olly being on (if he is indeed gonna be on the show).

I would think it'd be better to have a mix of people joining for a day to cover for Dave. Not yet convinced it's gonna be Olly, but certainly seems to be spending a fair bit of time with Chris lately.

Because he's a huge fan of the show, he seems to get on with Chris, and was pretty good value during the marathon.

Leigh Francis (Keith Lemon) is now doing two shows, so is unlikely to be available, and there's not a hope in hell the BBC would allow him to do anything Lemony on breakfast radio.

If it isnt him, I think it will be someone unexpected.

I think he has been excellent when he has been on with Moyles, they clearly get on well as evidenced in the twitcast and I think next week will work well. I have to be honest and say that I would have preferred Sara Cox if it would ever have been possible for her to be on, but Olly Murs should be pretty good in my opinion.

I just hope though, that the show wont be about him too much. I want it to be normal shows which he is part of, rather than a week long interview.
