The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

Anyway, I love CPC. I think the interaction with the callers is entertaining and the Mr Fish stories are usually superb.

i love it when he get`s a fellow manc on! the way he takes the piss.

I listen to all of the shows, apart from the Golden Hour. Quite simply, I listen to the Chris Moyles Show for the talk and not the music. If I'm at work then it's from when I get into the shower to when I park up at work and then listen to the remaining bits on the iPlayer. If I'm off work, then it's iPlayer all the way.

I listen to the entire show most days, usually 6:30-7:30 in the car then the rest at work baring meetings etc however the record/pvr function on the TuneIn radio app is very useful for that...plus then you can skip through some of the 'weaker' playlist tracks!

I do always turn the volume right down briefly at bang on 10am so I don't have to hear Fearne's irritating 'MORNING!' it's worse than nails down a blackboard.

Understandable. Fearne is rrrrubish and that Mooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooorning thing she does is the worst part of a crap show. I find it funny how Chris puts a cow mooing over it. He's found a trick though, She won't do it when a track is playing so he could (From 10) keep a 10min track playing then she will get bored and won't do it. :)

Now. Back on topic.

I listen a day behind thanks to another topic on here (Mark & Lard archive. It does Moyles aswell). I always, always listen to the podcast though. Always.

I don't mind Fearne too much personally. In fact she's grown on me over the years because of the handovers and Celebrity Juice.

Yeah, he was awful, though the previous guy who was in the band was entertaining.

Am I missing something? A "fellow manc"? Who are you talking about?

Bloody hell. Given the intensity of rivalry between the opposite sides of the Pennines, I hope he isn't in either county in the near future!

Usually listen to the show again on iplayer in the evenings, but I wake up at half 6 and lie in listening to the show for 15-20 minutes. Which is really annoying when the first thing I hear is 'It's just gone 6:30, here's the news with dom and tina'

The cheesy song is my favourite wake up. Not the feckin newsbeat jingle.

To be fair he also thinks Kopites are Scousers. Hes geographically-retarded.

..........no!!!

Can you just clear this up for me properly - are you actually saying that you think Chris Moyles is from Manchester?

He is saying that he (Bas) is a Manc, so any callers from Manchester would be (to him) 'fellow mancs'. Albeit, he's not explaining it very well.

Ah I see - I thought you were saying Chris was a "fellow manc", not the caller. I got lost in your syntax there!

I love that phrase, "wind your neck in". My dad used to use that one.
