I'm so pleased Lord Sugar and his collection of misfits are back on the telle, love this show.

Not only are these people stupid beyond belief, but they all fancy themselves something chronic - resulting in the must hilarious crashes back down to earth. Some of the $hit they come out with, amazing. I understand all these candidates are sucessful in their own right, but its usually working for someone else and has elevated ego beyond tallent. Wearing a £500 suit does not stop you being void of common sense and creative flair.

Jeffing love it, roll on next Wednesday night (well, technically, Thursday lunchtime).

I've never been drawn to the concept of The Apprentice, and so I've never watched it. Everything you just said there validates that decision - good job.

Just to add to the mood of the thread so far, I've never watched it either, and it doesn't sound like I would ever want to!

Possibly the best thing on TV at the minute. This one has Jedi Jim, Evil Edna, Mammary Melody, The most conceited dickhead ever to fondle himself - him with the French name & Wally from Where's Wally.

Loving Edna. Loving the inventor guy. Loving Nick Hewer and his 'Nickisms' the most, as ever.

Been watching as well. Jim is brilliant, he actually seems fairly sensible and that was hilarious when he managed to talk himself out of the bottom 3.

I agree that Edna gives the impression she could be quite nasty, will see what happens. And how awful was her "presentation" about their phone app. Totally cringe-worthy.

Yep, I wonder what "agreeent" was made between the show/BBC so that the 3 websites decided on one or the other to feature as their "app of the day".

They didn't really come up with any decent ideas.

Same here, I just dislike all the back stabbing, etc. of the show, Sugar can be a tit at times as well, although Stuart Baggs was quite funny, from what I saw, last year if only because after the show he's come across as a genuine nice guy, if a bit of an arse

How do 12 people not know what a cloche is for a restuarant? Idiots.

Also why could they not have used the internet to at least find out what they should have been paying if they were will to wait? Seems * daft that not being able to use the tool they would use for real, and just getting some yellow pages to use was DAFT....... don't think I'll bother again.

See the more I hear about this show the more I think that in order to impress Alan Sugar you just need to be the least stupid idiot in a bunch of complete retards. But I haven't watched it so I don't know if that's anywhere near the truth.

Its not quite that bad Yuds. Its just very clever editing on behalf of the Beeb to make these people look so daft. They are, in their own right, very clever people. They just sometimes lack knowledge which some would consider basic common sense. Like knowing what a Baby Grand is, or an orange....! :D

Sorry, should add not seen last nights yet, will watch at lunch....

I had to Google what a Cloche was.... but we agree, why were they not given laptops, internet access etc? They are every day tools now, and I seem to remember last series they did have them. Was a good watch though.
