I honestly don't think I could stomach that early in the morning. I can barely do fruit!

Meh. Clearly i don't support the eating of dead things in principle, but people are gonna eat them regardless, so there's no point in me having a go!

We talking about a Steak Bake™ here?

That I could do for breakie, but a full sized one would be a bit too much for me.

I don't like steak either, never found it that tasty at all, now chicken, beef or lamb kebabs or Lamb Shank that's proper stuff :)

All of the above including steak please... that would make an AWESOME mixed grill!

Me? Yup.

To be honest, i'm more a fan of a good portion of black pudding with some sausage. Infact they combine the two at my work canteen in the morning :D

I hate to tell you this, but if you've been under the impression that eating steak for breakfast is what makes a real man, then it's probably best you don't find out the truth at this stage. It will only upset you.

I've been wondering this since I heard Aled talk about it... I've also wondered why no-one else has asked this question...

Where sells steak at breakfast time?

Ulster fry. The breakfast of the Gods.

That's the Gods of cholesterol, cardiac arrests & deliciousness.

I would add toasted wheaten bread to that myself , & no-one around here would tolerate pork sausages when beef ones are handy. Plus weird 6 fingered folk out in the greenery like black pudding with it , but they also like Daniel O'Donnell & their own sisters, so their opinions don't count.

Greggs is a baker. I doubt they sell steak. I imagine it may be available in some places along with their fry up option, but seriously - where sells a steak on it's own at breakfast?

They probably don't usually but maybe Aled payed them a good amount, and besides isn't the cafe owned by the BBC anyway so they might do things differently

How is that in anyway specific to Ulster? It's a fry up. And it's better with black pudding (as long as it's good quality.)
