Ladies & Gentlemen, I present to you the classic hit that Radio 1 FM couldn't bring you before each news bulletin, it's TURN BACK TIME!

Alice Cooper - Poison

Utter tune, and having seen him on TV a couple of times recently the bloke seems to be such a legend.

You should listen to his evening show on Planet Rock, if you have a DAB radio. Or listen online :D

My choice for this excellent year:

Queen - I Want It All - May 1989 - Chart Peak: 3

Should have got to number 1 back then IMO, but there you are :)

For me it was close between this and 'Born to be my Baby', but since Bon Jovi ain't left us yet, figured i'd go with Michael.

Too many good ones have already been chosen so I ain't going to win this week, however, it's taking part that counts so going with this jewel in the crown of a band that was otherwise forgotten:

I'll take this opportunity to get a last minute entry in, although theres really no point with Alice Cooper and GnR in the running...

A bit of a marmite song then -

Chris Isaac - Wicked Game

B-52's for me as it's in my Top 3 of all time, although I do love Sidders choice and oddly mine! Being 18 in this year, and having probably the best year of my life in terms of absolute freedom to do what ever I wanted to do, the year probably is my favorite year of all time.

I'm voting Chris Isaak, but only because he's a one hit wonder who thought "I know, I'll make a video on a desert island with Helena Christiansen half naked" and then made it happen. I mean, why would you even bother with another song?

Well, he did, but they all sucked, but never mind that.
