He has been the Howard Stern voiceover guy for years (or was - I don't know if he still is), pre-dating Moyles' use of him. There's actually video of him, somewhere, on the Howard Stern show from the MTV Music Awards of 2000, getting blind drunk with everyone as the show went along. He doesn't look anything like I imagined him to.
