Personally I completely agree.

I refer you to many previous instances where it has been noted that when it comes to matters relating to food, you do not know your arse from your elbow.

Rhubarb is alright once it has had hunners of sugar added to it to remove the bitterness. This means that it is actually hunners of sugar that is nice and not rhubarb.

Spinach is alright until you cook it. That turns it minging.

Yudster's point about topher, his arse, his elbow and food related matters... is correct.

Women who break bits off the banana to eat them instead of just eating them the way nature intended, they're really annoying.

I see your point, but even in crumble or pie it stil retains that tangy sourness, which I do like.

Yea, but that's once its had hunners of sugar added to it. I like it in pies and crumble as well.

Sounds very much as though we are on the same crumble wavelength. There needs to be a good amount of crumble, and both the fruit base and the crumble topping need to be well sweetened. And no nasty acidity, so no bloody rhubarb!

I'd have gone with all eating. Cooking apples are not my favourite thing - also, cooking apples go mushy (hence why they are good for cooking I suppose) and I prefer the fruit to hold its shape when I do pies an' crumble an' ting.
