Also, please get the 4 XF judges on, would be great, I'd like to hear if Kelly 'gets' the show!

One of the fan ideas is being rolled out the first week we're back - or at least it was before it got blocked by a member of management today! I'm sure we'll be back on track and announcing it on Thursday.

We also have a new Disastermind / Face Your Fears game coming (good luck with that one forum members)

Roy Walker. That's all I'm saying.

An Access All Areas event coming up

And two OBs - one in the North and one in the South.

We're working on getting all four X Factor judges on together as well as all four Strictly judges together. These may or may not happen.

Yes! An OB in the south finally :)

Aled, I haven't seen this posted in this thread, so I'm going to put it out there. Can you please not get rid of Where Am I? It's seriously one of my favorite parts of the show and something I look forward to every day. Plus, it makes for good coversation with all my mates.

Fingers crossed for the return to SiriusXM, but I know you have absolutely nothing to do with that.

I'm with you, I like it - but that was the deal with Chris when we agreed it would come back, it was only until our next holiday.

I know you wont give away the location(maybe I should ask Dave), but when you say South...how far South?

How come at Breakfast the cover isn't shared around more like Drivetime is - over the years Nihal, Greg, Sara, Grimmy, JK + Joel, Vernon Spoony, Dev, Huw have all covered for Scott but when Chris is off its only Scott that covers (unless Vernon/Sara covering Chris's role) Is this Chris's decision or Radio 1 Managements? I'm not Anti Scott but I think would benefit Radio 1 and listeners to try out potential successors. Plus Scott's only been back a fortnight so seems silly to move him again so soon

Something to do with Christmas I hope. :)

And featuring a massive 17 number 2s!

Haha maybe that's it.....
Face your fears: Roy Walker sings 17 "hit" songs uninteruppted ;)

It was an arrangement agreed when we launched on breakfast all those years ago.

When we we're off Scott would be on.

Can you clear something up for me please Aled? You know how Chris has renewed his contract till january 2014..is that exclusively to do the breakfast show til then or is it just to be on radio one till then with an option to do breakfast or move to another slot during that time?

I have wondered if aled knew that he can speak a brythonic celtic language (welsh, breton and cornish) and i am learning a godelic celtic language (gaidhlig, Gaelige, and manx gaelic)
Just an interesting fact.
They are related, and they are known as p celtic and q celtic.
Like so,
The gaelic word for head is ceann, and is something similar for irish gaelic and manx gaelic.
The welsh word for head is pen, and is something similar for breton and cornish.

Ceann has a q sound at the beginning (you pronounce it like this qu-eown) where as...
pen has a p soind at the beginning.

Don't worry if you don't get it. I don't either.

With all this fuss about no flash on an iPhone and videos on the Radio One website not working have the BBC not thought of just creating a proper app on the app store that can handle these stuff? Surely it can't be too hard to produce one if you have the know how.

EDIT: Oh and nice to hear the long number mentioned on air just before half 7, although I don't see why you aren't allowed to read it, although I know that its 07786201111 anyway.
