Not great news for the team unfortunately, down from 7.7 million at this point last year to 7.1 million. They've dropped 250,000 since the last quarter, though I imagine this is partly down to the Summer holidays.

The BBC article is worded almost as anti-Moyles as the Guardian one...
On a none relevant side note, I was personally glad to see that Ken Bruce has achieved his highest ever audience, as I enjoy his show and the music he plays (seems to be allowed to stray from the playlist more than other R2 shows?), but I was surprised to see that he had a bigger audience than Moyles with 7.52m listeners! Also, does anyone know what Scott Mills gets figures wise (the media never mention him, too busy bashing Moyles come Rajar time ), as I was somewhat surprised to see Simon Mayo on R2 drivetime only gets 5.68 million.
