I suppose she isn't but I know exactly what Candyman means, its all disposable, trashy bollocks telly, especially what Dave and Dom have got into. As far as Chris's new show, well, there's nothing wrong with good entertainment, but from everything I've heard so far, this has the feeling of being very much at the bargain basement end of things. Stacey Solomon isn't talentless no, but her talent doesn't lie in presenting herself as a personality on TV - just look at those awful Iceland adverts, she's wooden as anything and exudes the personality of a rock. Realistically, it has "cringe" written all over it before its even started. Mind you, people seem to like cringe TV these days, so you never know.

I usually wait for the missus to head to bed before I start watching those types of programmes. I tend not to look for too much in the way depth, content, realism or such like. Just give me the occasional close up, some slow-mo finishers and lingering looks into camera.

Oh...you said cringe TV.

Had an email through this morning from Applause Store offering tickets for 'Love Machine' with Chris Moyles & Stacey Solomon.

Seems it is true!

BSkyB must be offering some good money for this, unless it's a favour for a mate or Chris views it as an opening into bigger and better things in the BSkyB empire. He still jokes about the UK Play show, but agrees to do a tacky show like this on Sky Living? I'd rather him do the UK Play show again on Dave (the channel, not the man)... 8O

I can't say that this bothers me too much though, I only watch Quiz Night occasionally if I notice it's on. As Sky Living isn't on my radar, I'll probably just watch the first episode to see what it's about, as if you don't it makes Chris endlessly talking about his TV show even more uninteresting.

Chris mentioned it on the air yesterday. To paraphrase slightly: "It may sound like it's the end of my career, but it really isn't".

Oh dear Chris, Stacey looking her best there, liked a slapped arse.

Well its only a pilot, so please let Living TV pass on this pile of pap, for his sake. Chris is for your good this happens, you can get better, not that hard, you will be thankful in the long run, trust this fellow Leeds lad who speaks for best interest!

I don't think I've ever really seen her on anything, but she was HILARIOUS on Buzzcocks the other week, completely off her head bonkers. "Maybe Christmas fell on him"?!

Given the kind of pish that Living generally show, this will almost certainly get commissioned as a series.

i'll judge it when ive seen the first episode. I love Chris (obviously), recently warmed to Stacey and the set looks good so fingers crossed the finished product isnt as terrible as the idea.

I actually think this won't be too bad as long as you don't take it too seriously. Will anyone be able to record it and upload it here as I don't have sky?

It looks about as classy as I was expecting it to be. That is just slightly more classy than 'Geordie Shore'.
