Maybe, but after many many years of listening to the show via listen again I am used to when it appears and it seems odd that there seem to be patterns. Thursdays used to be really slow and now Wednesday seems to have taken up that role.

Odd that wasn't working when I posted, seems it is now.

(It could just be my imagination, but it is amazing how many times it appears shortly after posting here saying it isn't available yet!)

I grabbed it at about 12:30 today, which isn't the latest it's ever been. It usually goes up around 11 to 11:30.

It seems to be available using GetiPlayer but not using Radio Downloader.
