Much as Dan Wooton comes across as being an awful individual, I do think he's in the right on this one. Chris seems to be arguing the point Wooton is making, that being that the drivetime host is next in line for breakfast and therefore Scott is off and Greg is on because Greg is the one being lined up now, when I think that anyone with half a brain would agree that this is clearly the most probable/only possible reason for this change.

Personally I dont think Dan Wooton is that good at predictions because he didnt even forecast his own paper shutting down last year!

Yes, it's as clear as the nose on your face that the intention is for Greg James to replace Moyles, probably in 2014. Of course, something inexplicable may happen in the meantime, but that is obviously the intention. Chris knows it as well.

It just galls me that after what will be 10 years, Chris will be moved for someone as rank average as Greg James. But thats another story.

The journo's who keep predicting the demise of The Chris Moyles show need to look at the facts. It is the second/third most popular radio show in the country and is in no danger of going anywhere. Why would the bosses pension of Moyles when his replacement would struggle to get half of his listener figures? The show will come to an end when Chris has had enough.

Note the usual glaring inaccuracies, eg that Chris's contract ends next year.In fact as we all know it ends in early 2014. But don't let the truth get in the way of a good story eh!

Particularly hilarious is the bit where a radio one 'insider' ie Doris the cleaner probably, says that this is the beginning of the end for Scott Mills on Radio One-then goes on to say hes about to renew his contract for 3 years.

Chris is being far too sensitive. Of course R1 have plans for the future of the breakfast show. Chris has to give it up eventually. I have no idea who Dan is but he has a fair point. Mills is old and they are introducing younger DJ's across the station. Yet Chris has to have a spat over such a trivial matter. In fact, the only thing Dan has said is Mills was moved to make way for Greg eventually getting breakfast. Which yeah, is just guesswork but it wouldn't be surprising.

Don't be so thin-skinned Chris.

I'm sure Chris knows all this. I think the thing that's getting his back up is that this person whose name I can't remember is reporting it all as though he has been informed of it as fact from a source at R1, rather than having just worked it out by looking the same as the rest of us. He's only saying what anyone could say, but he's saying it as though he is announcing it officially - he's not, he's speculating - as accurately as any of the rest of us, which is probably fairly accurately, but he has no information that the rest of us don't have and the idea that he is pretending that he does is pissing Moyles off.

Have too agree, he seems a bit sensitive, I think he's trying to wind Dan up, but to me the tweets look like the opposite. Dan is only speculating, of cause its not fact, Dan has said so, yet Chris won't accept it. I agree Scott is being swapped and will not get the breakfast show, Chris must know this, very odd
