The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

I see that clues about this have been given in another thread, but so that nobody misses out I thought I'd alert people to the fact that Chris and team did a bit of overtime today. You can hear them from 1.47 onwards in Dev's show on the iplayer.

Edited to change 2.00 to 1.47. I'd obviously missed the very start of the extra time this morning!

We could have kept it going for a bit longer! It was in keeping with the theme of the show with the secrecy anyway. I listened to the whole show, including that weird few seconds at the start that didn't make any sense, and I still didn't cotton on! 8O

Apologies. I did debate with myself whether or not to leave it as a 'secret', but decided to be nice for once by sharing the extra Moyles around. Also, did any other spelling nerds get excited at the prospect of the spelling bee today and end up being really disappointed by the rubbish questions? Peoples' surnames and words like angle and chocolate should not be part of a spelling bee. It's probably just me, but I was looking forward to at least a few challenging words! I love spelling, whenever someone gives me a word to spell or asks me how to spell something the word immediately appears in my head. I'm still slightly amazed that this doesn't happen for everyone.

I am not particularly good at spelling, but I enjoy a spelling bee and was looking forward to that, but it was rubbish! I don't mind words like chocolate and angle as starter questions, but doing peoples surnames is ridiculous.

It's an old, unoriginal game, but I like it and I hope the team see that it has potential and give it another go, but with proper words next time.

I love the occasional chance to get a glimpse of that "other" Chris Moyles, the one who is a music radio DJ beyond compare, who can make mundane playlist music sound exciting, who hits every vocal, who plays the desk like a musical instrument. That's what I loved about it, especially right at the end.

Wouldn't want Breakfast to be like that though, don't get me wrong!

Well, it's now in the vault so anyone who did miss it can hear. But it's only 16mins without the music.

The spelling bee is now also in the vault by the way:
