Carrie at Wimbledon. And putting it on the webcams was a great perk! That's the Breakfast Moyles, Afternoon Moyles would be the last 2-hour show in early 2001 (specially the bit where Culshaw sneaked into a callers' impressions feature as Robbie Williams)!

Currygate had me cracking up.
I remember the factory i worked in at the time i had to listen on a transistor radio & the fellas working beside me were asking what the hell i was laughing at, i told them & the 5 of us crowded round the wee radio laughing like hyenas, just like those unrealistic scenes you see in the movies . Only it actually happened.
I felt a bit guilty after because Aled is one of my favourite things about the show, but, Christ it was funny.
Sorry Aled.

Couple come to mind, Noel Gallagher coming on the air "tired" after a couple of hours sleep made great radio. Shot from the hip for the whole interview and Carrie as his conscience was brilliant!
Longest show ever is just so unique, in my mind it will be the highlight of Moyles R1 career.

Two words: Smelly Finger.

Agree, not just for that clip but having the focus group discussed on air was just so surreal!

Yeah, I avoided 'blowing myself' by saying the best show was the one where they mentioned me (sorry, us)...

In keeping with the spirit of the show and shameless self promotion, I think it's only proper we declare the best show as the one where we were the material for it! Great memories :D

There was the one where they played that clip I sent into Aled regarding Dom reading the news back in 1999 (thanks again for playing that clip Aled)

Also (in no particular order):
*Carrie At Wimbledon
*Will Kinder's letter to Ariel about Prawn Toast (old Afternoon show)
*Melinda's last show, where he conned Chris, Dave & Will out of about £18 (old Afternoon show)
*Aled infiltrating Capital FM's studio's with a megaphone shouting out "Johnny Yawn is rubbish, Chris Moyles rules"
*The origins of Mystic Horse (old Afternoon show)
*The Marathon Show
*The last ever Saturday Show (shame it went but it was a good show to go out on)

Can't think of others at the mo.

It was the first show after 11th September, however Chris made a little announcement at the beginning stating it was going to be a normal show to help people in the difficult time & the final show went ahead as planned.

Hard to pick a specific show, but some bits best that made me laugh out loud.

Aled giggling at Two Word Tango when he couldnt say Joanna Lumley.
Aled giggling when he was looking at pictures of dogs in costumes on the texts
Dom Laughing at Chris when he is explaining that his dad used to have his friend stay over and comparing it to having Will Ferral stay.
Everyone 'laughing' at the News report of a woman who had Foreign Accent Syndrome, Georgie to Jamaican.
Dom singing Whip my hair on HipHop Karaoke.
Loved when Chris was pretending to be the Michelin man with Gordon Ramsey.
Roy Walker Singing
The 'Peach Cobbler' handover with Ferne

I laugh myself silly whenever someone sings, giggles or does impressions really :D

Agreed! I loved that show where they were telling jokes! Again, Carrie at Wimbledon was probably my favourite show ever. I remember my Mam and I were in hysterics when were were listening to it when she was taking me to school. We were actually listening to the 'Carrie Gold' podcast on Saturday and I don't think we will ever get sick of it (she is a MASSIVE Chris Moyles Show fan too).

There is one other favourite show moment that makes me laugh no matter how many times I hear it. It's also on the Carrie Gold podcast and it's when someone texted in saying that they seen Dave dropping his chips. The person then sent a photo in and everyone was laughing. I don't know why I love it so much, it just tickles me :)
