Phew, thought I missed it there for a second when you said it was on today but they only mentioned they are in the works of doing it on the show today. I am glad they are doing it again because while I actually don't like watching football, hearing their banter/commentary makes up for it anyway.

Wonder what takeaway they'll order this time.

Very pleased it's back.

Hopefully they pick the obscure games and give an added reason to watch them.

From Chris' Twitter today, and as he said on the show this week;

Chris Moyles ‏@CHRISDJMOYLES

Yes me and @davidvitty are in talks to bring back Alternative Commentary for Euro 2012 on the BBC Red Button. Hopefully details soon.

I capped the PIP versions and someone else capped the Freeview (not PIP) versions. Very funny stuff. I think I had problems with one of the matches, but the other was complete.

Look, it's Fat Chris!

The problem we have now is sharing a few GB of video. If someone has a private FTP, I'd be happy to share it again. I don't have enough upload speed to torrent it for weeks.

It should be. The Red Button service is now limited to one channel on all platforms. And just checking the listings for 301 now, it is showing England v Sweden "with extra commentary options". I'll be recording this.
