No...its not fair, but he hasnt done anything wrong...ok morally he has!

If we could have a list of everyone using one of these loopholes I would bet my left little toe that most celebs and high earners do the same thing.

I would be willing to bet both my little toes that Chris Moyles doesnt pay the full ammount of tax that he should, maybe not to the 1% level, but im sure money gets moved around in different ways so that he doesnt pay the full ammount of tax that he should

If I was presented with the option to pay less tax legally, no matter how much I was earning I'd still take the option.

Well, as said before, it's legal but for those who do use loopholes to avoid paying what they should, NEVER complain about underfunded hospitals or schools because, frankly, you're part of the problem.

After the letters i got from the Tax Credit people this morning , i'm on Jimmy's side.

The leeching f**kers want 2 grand off me & i haven't even received any tax credits for a year.

Well they know what they can do.I told them on the phone this morning.

Now I've seen that I whole heartedly agree, he did very well, considering.

To be honest, I did watch it on 4od... last night was one of the rare occasions where it worked jus' like the iPlayer - y'know, moving images and associated sounds - was great, they must be proud.
