The tabloid press don';t seem to have much of a sense of humour. his joke this m orning leaving Nick Grimshaw in the studio on his own has been branded as proof of how cruel Chris and the team are ,and how they tried to humiliate Nick .What do you all think? Was it a bit cruel on Nick, or just harmless fun? Personally I think it was just a bit of friendly banter welcoming Nick to the show.I can't believe the team would delibarately try to humiliate Nick

No it wasn't cruel at all.... it was what the Chris Moyles Show delivers... pure genious humour! I bet 100% of the audience laughed. The people who write the stories for the papers don't get the genious of the show, and simply put are idiots.

I'm gutted that the show is coming to an end, but knew this time would come one day.

What angers me is that Nick Grimshaw is taking over. Am i the only one who thinks he is a massive bell-end? Whereas Moyles without any effort is just naturally funny, and he and the show are like your extended mates down the pub... have a laugh, talk about normal stuff and things Moyles finds annoying I find annoying.... Nick Grimshaw will not be any good. He tries too hard to be funny, he's just gonna boast about his "celeb" friends and I for one am gutted that when Moyles leaves Radio 1, so do I.

On a nicer note..... if I had one wish for the show (except that it continues forever), i hope they bring everyone back.... bring back Rachel, bring back Carrie, bring back Will and to a lesser extent Matt Fincham!!!

I think Nick is a genuinely nice, funny guy.he is probably closer to Chris's personality than any other radio one DJ

I can't believe so many papers thought Chris leaving Grimmy in the studio was Chris 'cruel' by 'abandoning' Nick. Clearly they've never listened to the show!

yep he did but that's Chris. I bet the papers go around and think oh not had a nasty article about Chris let's attack him on something.
