I think the idea that Chris might move into acting rather than presenting is really exciting. I'd be really thrilled if the JCS stuff was the start of something completely different for him.

No he wasn't, he was dreadful - but he's learned shitloads since then and he will learn shitloads more in the next few months.

I really hope this is another Daily Star non story, no offensive but I just rather have him on the radio.

Besides I'm a Doctor Who fan and the next series (not the one currently filming) is it's 50th anniversary and I would rather he keep away from the series especially an important season as its 50th. And he was not that good in Hotel Babylon.

That was me being sarcastic. The Rock Opera Chris is in is not about acting. He has a small cameo where he sings a song. It's not acting.

I don't think Chris should try to become an actor. Or singer. He's fantastic at radio and should continue doing that. These little side projects are fine, but they're not going to become his full-time career. Not a chance.

The one they are currently filming is the 50th anniversary year series. Like last year they've split it into two halves. Seven episodes of series seven being shown later this year (This includes the Christmas special) and then the last episodes six episode being shown next year. Bar that your right. He would not be a good regular or even bit part unless he played "Chris Moyles from the radio".

I completely agree with you about the Musical, and you might easily be right about the rest, but I would applaud him giving it a go. And I can't for the life of me see why he shouldn't have more than one string to his bow, just because he is supreme at radio.
