Does anyone else remember the Michelin man? It was during a Gordon Ramsey interview at the beginning of a year (don't ask me if it was 09, 10 or even 11) and they were talking about the Michelin stars and Chris put on some deep voice and some sound effect to make him sound like the Michelin guy coming into the restaurant - in disguise of course. And the funniest thing is when Chris learns that the Michelin people are French.

Oh, God, yes, that was brilliant. It was in one of the podcasts, but I can't remember exactly when. It'll be in the archive, no doubt. I want to find it again now. His reaction to the French part was FANTASTIC.

Just remembered this one from 2006 - I actually thought it was from the Afternoon show at first.

http://chrismoyles.net/soundvault/sound ... ileid=1310

To summarise, Aled insulting George Galloway at a Big Brother press conference, being threatened by being punched, and Dennis Rodman promising to be "in yo ass".

CHRIS: "So if you George Galloway 'an old man' again, Dennis Rodman will be in your ass?"
DAVE: "It's a deal!"

Wouldn't happen these days... :D

I love when they try and put each other off in the news and weather or when they get giggling fits

Just this morning when they were playing 'what fish am I thinking of' with Roy walker, I said to the flatmate, "this is the stuff we won't ever get from any other radio show. Guessing what fish Roy walker is thinking of. This is why I'm gonna miss the Chris Moyles show."

I always did love Matt Fincham singing "Bodyform", and his "Never stop Looking, for Listeners" song. But I can't find either in the vault. D:

The talk about Toby Lerone today reminded me of Darren Gough's laugh. I think that must have been lost recently as they've not played it when they were talking about the clips today and last week.

& the time Ramsey was in & talking about how he met his wife - it ended with him 'parking his bike in her garage' - so funny listening to Gordon dig himself a deeper & deeper hole!

As a fan of the messing around with sound clips im a bit gutted that ive missed pretty much all the Carpark Catchphrases. Not so much the quiz but the banter with Roy Walker before. The rare few ive heard are hilarious but ive missed so many.

Yeah, I can download YouTube videos and convert them to audio, although it's a bit of a tedious process.

May I add that the original Toby LeRone clip is another of my favourites that I've done, partly because of the beautiful fade-in from the Bruno mars record at the beginning (which, lest we forget, is where the whole thing started). Yes, I'm a massive geek.
