As I said in the other topic, Chris mentioned that "The Chris Moyles Show" on breakfast will be no more, so its coming back, but where and when is anyones guess.

This might be a bit wild, but I wouldn't be too surprised to see TCMS on Zane's slot, 7-9pm Monday - Thursday. But it will be the complete opposite to Zane's show, and there will be no music at all. Like I say, its a wild stab, but I think its plausable...

I heard that there was talk of him swapping with Grimmy to do 10 - 12pm. I would love to see this, it would open The Chris Moyles Show up alot more and give Chris and the team the oppurtunity to do and get away with more things. A Chris Moyles Show that would be broadcast after the "watershed" could potentially be genius....

Aled has confirmed this elsewhere, team going separate ways from here...

If Aled stays a regular producer then I can't see Chris wanting to work with anyone other than him on a new show. That being said I'd be shocked if Aled wasn't promoted.

Aled may well have said that they were going their seperate ways, but that could either be a) a porky pie b) temporary whilst chris does his theatre production.

If "TCMS" is moving to another slot, it would have to have all the team involved, otherwise it wouldnt't really be "TCMS".

Doesn't tony Horne only do 8 - 12 on a Sunday on the wish/wire fm stations. (the company who owns them owns a 3rd radio station. I am not sure who.)

People are missing many points

Aled said they're going separate ways so there will be NO CM team in the afternoon or anywhere

Steve wright isn't going anywhere so dream on thinking CM will be flown into r2 30-60 listener ship without testing the waters

And thinking CM will do 10-12 a 'new music' show for the yoots after being forced out for being the wrong side of 30 & losing a million listeners, is also unwise thinking.

Aled also said just because the show is ending it doesn't mean that some of the team can work together. Aled isn't going to give the game away.

I don't see any of them working together again except for possibly Chris and Aled, if Chris stays on at R1 for a while. Yes, the team does work together brilliantly and they all clearly get on very well, but there always comes a time to move on in your life, and that often includes moving on from the people in it.

He now does weekday mornings 10 - 2 on Wish Wire and Tower (Which is the 3rd station)

They're all under the UTV Radio brand but come out of the same building in Orrell near wigan.

Is your name Wireman anything to do with Wire FM?

The latest from Mr. Moyles:

So much speculation! There are a few things being planned and worked on. Last 3 weeks on the morning show and the album. Both are happening.

Doesn't mean they'll all be together. Just means he knows he will be as an individual at least

Superstar may go on extended tour til Christmas. And if it doesn't hell want a few months off anyway

He's said he won't be on radio this year after September

And his plans could refer to more tv or theatre work, too

Just because Aled said they're 'splitting up' as such - it doesn't mean its true. I'd say that there is a very high chance that he could be pulling our leg, but who knows? we'll find out eventually.

I heard Dave Pierce (Pearce?) and Trevor Nelson on Radio 2 last night. There is DEFINITELY scope for Chris to do something brilliant on R2.

Possibly on the slot once consumed very successfully by jonathan ross and then (currently?) graham norton...big boots to fill. Hearing the pearce's, whiley's, etc, all mature and toned down is a little sad and tragic though..

I'm guessing eventually (early 2013) Chris & Dave (and possibly Aled) will do a regular evening show together (once- or several times a week). That would give them lots more chances to do Redbutton work, which seems to have a tremendous audience. I thought I heard a bit of a hint when they were doing the Guitar Q&A a couple weeks ago. Chris off-handedly said to Aled, "We can do this 'later'," because it worked so well, and could also be done as a Redbutton event. They obviously have a huge prime-time RB audience; that's fact. Makes no sense for the BBC not to make use of it.

I honestly don't think he would do that. I think if there was something he wasn't allowed to mention, he would say that he couldn't comment or just not address the question. Of course it's possible that the plans have changed since he told us the team were splitting up, they could have had a new offer or something. I hasten to add I'm only going off the vibe I get from the way he usually answers questions in the AA thread - I have no insider knowledge!

Well Chris just tweeted that his agent wil be sweating in 4 weeks time so that indicates that he stil hasn't got a job lined up. Reading between the lines I think the chances of Chris still being on Radio One after sep 14 are fading a bit. That said if he took over the sunday 10am-1pm slot he would be doing the exact same show that Terry Wogan did after leaving the radio 2 breakfast show, so that might appeal to him. I know he likes to compare himself to the great Sir Terry!

That's not strictly true now, is it? What he actually said was "I did a 10k run and I'm sweating like my agent in 4 weeks time."

This is what's commonly known as a joke.

Whether you're doing it deliberately to stir up controversy and get attention or whether it's that you just don't understand humour, you need to stop spreading these misleading, potentially damaging rumours.
