I don't mind Grimmy. I think he's the right choice from who they have.

My gripe is that they didn't give Chris the ten years I felt he deserved after all he's done for the station, they took the show off air when it still had plenty of life in it, and because they've basically said I'm too old and not welcome.

His last interview I saw was on Capital breakfast. I hadn't heard them before, thought i'd give them a fair chance. It was god awful. It was very corporate and lacked of any personality - just 2 people who had not much in common sitting in a room interviewing something they clearly didn't care about, trying to sound like they're having a great time. Somehow I feel like that's what the R1 breakfast show will become.
