I'm thinking of uploading a 108.9 The Pigeon t-shirt design for people if they want it, no link to the team, just my idle doodlings.

Any comments on the design welcome, good or otherwise.



I may even consider selling the t-shirt for charity if we could get some of the team behind promoting it. We could keep up the charity work started on the breakfast show.

Ah ok, oddly enough I was listening to some old Moyles shows from 1999-2001 and he was taking the piss out of local radio then, station names included:

Town FM - Finchley's number 1 (pirate) radio station [he may of said pirate, cant recall now)
The Eagle
And his old favourite that got mentioned often - Lantern FM

The Eagle (96.4) is my local station. I never made the connection to The Pigeon before!

It is a pile of shit though. My hairdresser is forced to have it on during the day -- she is a Moyles fan and we talked about the show non-stop when I was there. We've lobbied to have The Eagle taken off, but the bosses like the local crap.

I was on the edge about deleting it calling it advertising ... I'll take the majority view on it; the guy has obviously put a lot of work into the design, but equally has only joined to sell t-shirts. Up to you lot.

I'd say delete if the design wasn't so good, it could be of benefit to some on here (plus you don't actually get that much per item from selling your design on sites like that).

Hi,

it certainly wasn't my intention to use this as advertising and I certainly didn't join the site just to post this.

I've viewed the site for many years, but never joined until the show ended as I wanted to show my support in lots of different ways. In fact just reading some posts here inspired me to create it in the first place !

I'll be happy with any decision made and I can make the image available as a background or phone wallpaper if anyone wants it.
