Stumbled across this BBC article from when Chris was announced as replacing Coxy on breakfast... interesting to see so many of the comments predicting the show would be a flop and that they should have gone for Colin and Edith! And the comments on the music could just as easily have been written today, some things never change I guess...

If you scan back far enough in the forum, the threads from around the time Chris moved from afternoons to breakfast also make interesting reading. Many of the fans who posted here at the time felt that he wouldn't work on breakfast and that the move would be his undoing.

When I first heard Moylesy was going to be taking over Breakfast he was just another name to me - I'd never even listened to him. His time on that show is what made me a hardcore fan.
