If you look at TCMS page on the Radio 1 website (he isn't listed as a current DJ, you have to google search) they have done the re-format job on his page into the new Radio 1 branding. Now, I am sure some tech bod on here can point to the fact it is probably standard top and tailing which is automated in some way; but my thought is; why bother re-branding TCMS page if it isn't going to be used? Why can you still search the page and find it? There also appears to be more content on there now.

Are the gearing the page up for something? Hope so.

Just taken a look at the site, and am sorry to say, but it does look like a site-wide update, which would be applied to all pages using that code (all the presenter's pages).

I did think that myself, but the BBC site is a large site and I don't know how long they leave it without one of those banners. I can't see them deleting the page as it has so much content which listeners may wish to view again. I hope he'll be back. I miss the show I think we all do...

Ha! You never know, incidentally JK is now on Heart down here in Dorset (and Hampshire) he sounds ok but it's Heart which makes it virtually unlistenable especially with the irritating identikit female sidekick.

Just had a quick check looks like he presents Saturday breakfast networked (with the same co-host) down here he's the weekday breakfast host. I don't think they are allowed to network weekday breakfast/drive yet by Ofcom, that's the next thing though I'm sure Global will be after.

Mostly Heart stations HAVE to have local presenters for Breakfast and drive, and a certain amount of news to keep there broadcast licences for the areas, so there can not be a network show for all the Heart Stations but each station will have a different broadcast licence agreement. I think.
