I can't stand Monopoly. I tend to stick with the old favourites of Trivial Pursuit and Scrabble, albeit the latter tends to be played on my phone now.

Monopoly is great, if you have the time (EDIT: especially Star Wars Monopoly). As is the old game of Risk, if anyone remembers that?

Also, for a bit o harmless family fun, you can't beat Pictionary.
