I was wondering if there are any websites out there like this for Nick Grimshaw, Sara Cox, Scott Mills, Mat Edmondson and Fearne Cotton?

I'd like to download their shows but in .mp3 format, because the shows are only on iPlayer for a week!

Don't think so. You could try the Podcasts on the Radio 1 website which are available for 30 days each.

I don't think there are many forums dedicated to Radio 1 DJs any more, mainly as they're younger fans who use the convenience of Twitter - especially as the shows use it so heavily now.
