Not the actual celebration, in the context of being a celebration

Standard move if he plans to release a clothing line or jewellery range. If you didn't trademark your logo then anyone would be able to reproduce your items exactly. Which would be a silly business move.

See, there's the issue right there, a "business move" being developed from what's supposed to be a spontaneous celebration. It's cold, cynical and a perfect example showing how the soul of football has been surgically removed and discarded. Bah, humbug.

*edit* Actually, it's not a million miles away from goatse is it?

*edit 2* http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tmcase/Results/1/UK00002657915 Now this I've no problem with, it'll be standard tasteless footballer stuff undoubtedly but good for him.

Had to visit the Dr's yesterday.

It really itches down below and it stings when I pee.

Got cream and some antibiotics to deal with that shizzle but it's bloody annoying for the time being.

Thought you'd be interested to know.

Are you enjoying passing it on to all your colleagues? Mind you, if you don't get paid sick leave (we only pay people when they are off sick after they've completed 12 months service) I don't blame you.

I'm being as careful as I can not to spread it around - I'm still in my probationary period and not 100% sure of the conventions when it comes to being ill here. My old work had a flexible working from home scheme when it came to being sick.

They have mainstream appeal...everyone's heard Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger

Also people tend to like whatever their friends like just to fit in, or what the TV tells them.

Why don't you ask? Surely these are things that you should have been told when you joined anyway! If they aren't giving you basic information on office policy and procedures, ask them for it.

People returning items they've bought via Ebay WITHOUT PAYING THE POSTAGE. FROM AMERICA. That's £22 they're having removed from their refund. Idiots.

God knows. It was only after I'd picked it up that I knew what it was. I have a suspicion it's falling under the "worn it out, now returning it" category, so many people do that. Had one dress returned the other day that was covered in dog hairs.
