A team bus got stuck at the finish line yesterday on the first stage of the Tour de France. Ridiculous. They had a couple of minutes to get it out the way before the riders arrived.

Lovely day in the Broadlands area of Norfolk yesterday, where Baby Yudster was playing a national event. Gorgeous club, lovely weather, and Baby Yudster came away with the title so all in all a really nice day.

Hoping for some more good news today - the misery guts in me is telling me that because yesterday went according to plan today won't, but fingers crossed.

I'm not going to be Granny, Grandma, Nanna or any variation of that. At the moment Amah is top of the list - apparently its a Chinese word for a children's nurse or governess.

My Mums mum was the same, hated being called Gran when she was 40, so we called her Nan, now at 86 she still gets called Nan, but then she doesn't get out of bed to have a shit either!

Why not let her call you Yuds.
