I don't really think he's sold his principals out if it's true - mainly because he doesn't have many media related principals to betray. If anything he'll continue to plug CRUK while there, which would only be good for the charity.

Isn't it always? I never pay attention, but now that it's on the channel owned by Northern and Shell, which also owns the Daily Star and Express, I do tend to see the bullshit front pages they print to publicise it on Twitter.
