Gah, always freaks me out seeing my sister on the internet.

What did amuse me the other day, a doctor telling me the reason you can't actually get pseudoephedrine in over the counter cold/flu remedies these days (what used to be the main ingredient in sudafed and the like), turns out it's a main ingredient in the making of crystal meth.

You can still buy it in Sudafed over a pharmacy counter. They're the ones in a white and blue box and the pills themselves are burgundy. I have some right here. You can only buy one pack at a time cos of the meth thing, though, and you have to ask for them - all the variants that are displayed on the shelves are different and just psephedrine or the stuff they put in lemsip. It's also in day nurse capsules, which again you have to ask for at the counter. I'm something of a cold/allergy remedy expert.

I loved that, thankyou. Ah, the memories... And Bruvva, whilst I understand it must be slightly odd, surely the overriding emotion is that of admiration? Your sister was responsible for one of my all time favourite/most embarrassing moments in my life. Be proud...

She currently has flu from hell so I'm sure knowing that would make her feel better :D

Oh, and as for what's making me happy...New phone! Hurrah! Nexus 5, it's very shiny.

Well in Deadly.

First of the grand slams starts at midnight tonight with Laura Robson and Heather Watson kicking things off. Gonna have to prepare myself with an afternoon nap later I think as I'm up for work at 6 in the morning!

I'm a member of a wedding planning forum and this post made me chortle so much I thought I'd share it.

Just Married! Had a lovely day, the only thing that went wrong was the behaviour of one of my BM's. She llooked miserable in most of the photographs, shredded her name place setting into a thousand tiny bits and left it on the table, spent the entire evening crying at her table and then left at 10pm...we've been close friends since school and I expected more from her to be honest. I did a reading at her wedding a couple of months ago as she didn't have any bridesmaids, and I behaved normally. I don't understand why she would do that?

Thankfully some replies have suggested that she be less of a selfish cow and check in on her friend to find out what might be wrong. But my word.

I dunno. Whilst I agree with the comments regarding checking to see how she is, I also completely sympathise with the original post! your wedding day is one day, of very few in your life, which should truly be about YOU.

Yes, I'm sure other attendee's to the ceremony also have a few of lifes hang-ups weighing them down, but for the sake of those you 'care' about, you put them to one side for a day. Its called attention seeking, and i'd be right pissed it someone had spoilt my big day like that. You don't spend months/years of you life planning one big day just for some idiot to get overly self obsessed and buff away the shine.

Whoever she is, and whatever her problem is; She's a selfish twunt.
