A MAJOR apology, a bol lock ing from management and a letter to any complaints we would have received - there'd be a few hundred I'd imagine!

It would have made a great feature though, Chris making you sit down live on air and respond by hand to every single complaint! :) Will you get complaints anyway because of the fact it sounded like it? I'm not sure how it works but i'm fairly sure people can be that petty if they want to.

that word is the worst anyone can say regardless if its to one single person or 6 million listerns... worse swear word, i think.

i would like to complain about one of your employees avoiding the swear filter on a message board i visit. i am a very sad individual with nothing better to fill my time than making pointless complaints.

No, we only have to apologise if the complaint is upheld or if Radio 1 Management don't feel like we could justify our position.

Saying Con on air, is justifiable because that's what i said. Especially as Chris clarified it. We shouldn't really get any complaints. if we did on this one they'd be unreasonable.

I've had a ___t on air before (as it were)

It was on Dave Pearce' show and he was my caller. We just got him off air immediately and apologised if we offended anyone
