ALL THESE ARE TRUE UNFORTUNATELY
1. Weve had Soapstars, Popstars and Pop Idol and now comes Stand Up, basically the same show only this time looking for budding comedians This has the words cringing piece of absolute embarrassment written all over it. Remember New Faces was to blame for Lenny Henry In Pieces. They had to take away the word Shread from the front of his show title.
2. The Worlds Gayest Animals. Yes you might have heard of it, maybe as a joke but Channel 4 are showing this. A word springs in my brain which is "Why?". Does Channel 4 actually believe anybody gives a shite about gay animals (apart from Jonny of course, the goat still hasnt called him back, the bitch).
3. I made a joke, albeit a crap one about these "When (insert word) Ruled The World" by saying "When Tears For Fears Ruled the World". Until I look today at this weeks TV Guide and I see the next one of these episodes. The honest truth is that this weeks is called "When Shoulder Pads Ruled The World". Im sure Lee and Herring would be on the phone to the BBC straightaway for nicking their ironic spoof shows.
