Although, to be fair that was a while ago, opinions may have changed.

now, that is strange. A long, long time ago, I can still remember how that poll used to make me smile. Okay, well its obvious peoples thoughts on the whole thing are slowly changing. However, its time Iraq got a piece of American and British Pie.

I was watching the debate earlier and as much as I dislike Blair he does put over quite a convincing argument.

Sidla did he use the emotive breaks in his voice and explain how everybody should rally behind him in the interests of the opressed Iraqi people?

this poll could have been much better if the question was "what is it good for?" an the only option was "absolutely nothing". i think the options are awful by the way.

When I first read this option I read patriotic as pathetic, which is very apt.

Saddam Hussain is a tyrant. He's building up a huge stockpile of weapons that he could and probably would use against his neighbours. He also tortures his own people, which is just plain cruel.

Having said that there's part of me that just says live & let live. Do we really need to go poking our noses in everywhere?

Should we go to war to get rid of Saddam? Undecided. I'm glad I don't have to decide too.

it appears that so far that a lot (10) are against war. is that a sign that the (9) people who voted yes do not know the suffering?

You think the people who voted against the war have an idea how people suffer in war or in many other parts of the world where people are suffering? people over here think its a disaster if they cant afford the latest cd.

Technically I'm for the war on 'terrorism' but it's whats gone on around that that's causing the uproar, not the fact that we're fighting terrorism.

Same as it's never been proved that Bin Laden was behind September 11th and it's never been proved that Sadam has any chemical, biological, or mass distructive weapons.
