It is the shared view of many that Moyles has become less exciting and innovative over these past months - and with that in mind I've been thinking long and hard over the weekend about the long-term future of MoylesWorld.

I have to say that these days I'm finding Scott Mills far more entertaining and a really good listen. Listening this week with Scott on breakfast really goes a long way to highlight the difference. Scott in his early slot gets away with things that Chris used to - and was part of what made Chris great. Moving him across to the afternoons has made things stale.

A further announcement will be made in the next few days.

Don't close MoylesWorld!!!!

I have had hours of enjoyment from MoylesWorld, and myself being a presenter, I use the beds available for download. Without these, i'd be hard pressed to find them.

MoylesWorld is an excellent portal for Chris Moyles fans, and it would be a shame to see it dissapear. I hope that you can keep it going.

I don't so much come to MW anymore for Chris Moyles info - more just to chat to the people who are regulars on this board (And I also use The sound vault) I know I can chat to people in the chat room but I really like the message board. I know Chris has said that MW isn't necesarly closing but If it is Please don't close the message board, surely you could still host that Chris - it would need very little to no updating. Because you said you now prefer other DJ's such as Scott Mills you could rebrand it to Radio 1 World or something rather than just Moylesworld?!?!?

Yeah but that site didn't have everything we knwo and Love about MW - Chris would only have to change certain bits, well quite a lot actually - but it could keep the MW look, format ect - same board, same chat room etc etc

Please please don't close this site down. It may be called moylesworld, but as a lot of people have said, alot of the conversation isn't about moyles. As sad as it sounds this place is quite important to me, it's interesting, and we are all part of a community now, as strange as it may be.

Well Moyles is the only Radio 1 DJ that I listen to as I don't really like any of the others, so if they site was to change then I'd be sorry to but I'd leave and find a new home.

i agree that the mw message board transcends moyles, and i understand how people are tired of moyles of late. is mills the future? maybe. he is my favourite radio1 dj. i just don't know what to say further, because i've not been around long enough.

it would be sad to see the site go but to be honest i find it hard to argue with what chris is saying. Moyles is getting duller but personally i couldnt see myself wanting to see a site about scott mills.
