She's one of the people responsible for scaring newbies off. If everyone's so confrontational then the whole board will go the same way. How many newbies have we had recently that have stayed around for a bit? Timb - and look at the confrontational nature of him. Is there any more that spring to mind? No, and that's because anything they say they get slagged off for.
