I don't mind doing this and I'd just like to see what everyone else thinks. Mainly the gods above (Chris, Nock and Uglybob) don't want to be dragging in people that people DON'T like. But Ill give it a try.

Just wanted to know if the idea of e-mailing people that have shown small elements of interest by posting a message in the guest book.

I know we have seen some great people leave the site for reasons beyond our control, but it would be nice to see new people come in and share their thoughts on things including Moyles.

What does everyone think?

Surely the best way to increase the number of people committed would be to focus on keeping the regular posters on-board (excuse the pun). Then new members are more likely to join as they feel they are likely to get more out of it.

er, wouldn't u like to see new people come on to the message board? surely the likes of stevotrash and co can be replaced with new talent by simply doing something.

On the main subject, I don't think this board needs recruitment, if people wanna join they will!

i personally wouldn't mind seeing new people join the board, as i am a newbie myslef. however, i think the quality of the new members will be better if they come here on their own. nobody asked me to join, i did so because i wanted to. if you really want more new people here, what you need to do is be welcoming, friendly and not such a prat. that goes for everybody on the board.

i wasn't going to go straight off and do it. thats the whole point of my post. i just want to see new people come in. it was just an idea that i thought might work. remember the time when loads of people were leaving, uglybob, everlast, stevotrash were all saying their byes or semi-byes.

they go and sign the guest book cos' they think this is the official chris moyles site. they also think chris is going to read it.

anyway- like i said- its was just an idea. it didn't hurt anyone.

i personally hate the majority of guests on this cos they only come in when they are looking something. Also on the guestbook there seems to be a mixup cos they always think that this is the official moyles website. i could do without these mixups transferring to here too.
