power is thing that some people can handle, and others can't. i fi was a modertaor i wouldn't bitch, i allow people to say what they have to say, i'm thick skinned that's why attacks on me fail instaneously. if allowed to moderate i'm sure i could just make sure that the job is done without the miniumim fuss or argument. I would pm someone to tone it down and the like.

as a resoultion i hope that mr harris has learnt his lesson, that appointing new members to the team need to be chosen by the board, by all means have a short list, recommend afew people and vote. Let's make it democratic, and not a fascist state. i am fully aware its your money that's funding it mr harris, but you're site is the best because of the people who regularly contribute to it....

It is Chris' Web site so he can officially do as he pleases BUT he is a very fair man and you will now see that becuase a certain few voiced concern at Chris' move to make me and Bob moderators he has removed our moderator status - Surely there can't be any complaints now?!?!?!

Eddie why were you asked to moderate- is it because he needs help with moderation? cos if he does, once the board is happy with the choices that we decide, which he has final say over, we shall assist for a year or so...
