Sadly the Liquid News man has passed away, this from the BBC Entertainment news

The BBC television presenter Christopher Price has been found dead at his London home.
Price, who was 34, was the regular frontman of showbiz bulletin Liquid News, shown nightly on digital channel BBC Choice.

The show took an irreverent look at the day's events in the world of entertainment, with daily guests of celebrities, comedians, journalists and industry figures.

Price started his career as a journalist in BBC local radio, moving to Radio 5Live, News 24 before joining BBC Choice.

Liquid News was being lined up to become to regular news bulletin of the proposed digital channel BBC Three, which would have seen Price's profile raised considerably.

Price hit the headlines early in 2001 when he signed a £280,000 two-year contract for presenting Liquid News.

Last month he presented the UK's Song for Europe show with Brookside actress Claire Sweeney.

Stuart Murphy, the controller of BBC Choice, said Price was a unique broadcaster with enormous passion and extraordinary potential.

Just because he was gay makes no diffence what so ever. Liquid news won't be the same with out him now.

very disturbing news, he can't have been very old. I only saw liquid news once, and thought he was really good.
Weren't Chris and Dave on liquid news a couple of times each?

Dave's been on it at least twice I know, not sure about Chris. I've got Dave's first appearance on tape for whatever reason!
