I like Lizzie and I'm a girl, she's better than Mel, Mel was annoying but Lizzie's quite funny!

I knew you were gonna come up with that 'bitchy' thing (men are so predictable!)which is why I stated that I never fancied Mel, but found him a better member of the team. Lizzie hasn't actually done anything worthy of my liking!
xx

Kate did you just mention century 105? As Moylsie's momentary departure has obviously left everyone longing for new shows.
Ever heard of Scottie Mcclure? (unsure on spelling of name!)
He is the man

Send a cv as an attachment, dont forget a cover letter as well.
I know I started this whole Lizzie thing and yes, it maybe is aimed mainly at us blokes, but I think she has fitted in ok. I love her accent and her laugh. ;o)

Send it as two attachments, one in Word, one in text. You don't want to assume everyone has word - they'll like you thinking of that.
If you want to be really flash (and you can do it), do an HTML version and give them the URL, esp. as it's for a marketing/pr job. If you can't sell yourself they won't believe you can sell anything to anyone else.
Just call me Chris 'Careers Advice' Harris.
[This message has been edited by Chris (edited 31 January 2001).]

lizzie is definently worth a swift one behind the bike sheds. Does BBC Radio 1 broadcasting house have any bikesheads round the back??

Andrew its Scotty McClue (McPoo is more apt).
Yeah Kate, i'm hooked on Jezza, far better than James Stannige or James Whale.
You remember James H Reeve (A god)?

No, BBC Radio 1 does not have anything round the back, there is no "back", just other buildings behind it. Also Radio 1 is not at Broadcasting house, it's two streets away in Clipstone street! I know your question was actually proably retorical but i thought I'd give an answer anyway, I haven't posted in ages!
Eddie

I did indeed mention Cetury 105 Andrew )
Lozza - Jezza yep, he is the best one! (tells 'em how it is!!!), Scotty Mclue - I have found him dull and I am sure he exaggerates his accent!!!! Though he is 'nice'. James H Reeve - yes!!!
Winker and esp. Chris - thank you!!!!! :) :)
Now all I have to do is 'modify' my CV and write that covering letter................
xx

[This message has been edited by Kate (edited 01 February 2001).]
