Just to inform you all that Chase-It (the channel Dave and Aled appeared on with the mugs) has gone into administration.

Looks like there will be no more chasing for mugs.

i'm sure another home shopping/auction channel would be willing to sell mugs. maybe moyles should buy the channel andturnit into a chris moyles memerobilia auction, or maybe not

I feel sorry for the presenters(particularly Jim).

I went to the chase it tv site and the channel hopes to be on air next week.

i'm sure Chris and Dave could invent even more exciting ways to get rid of mugs though!

i was really into the demise of auctionworld and chase it tv. for the uninformed the reason why they folded was that they had debts of 14 million, a bit like Leeds Utd, only they didnt get hand outs from wealthy businessmen and a blind eye by the regulators.
Auctionworld sold items they didnt have in stock, they didnt send many items, they sold watches for a GUIDE price of 8000 that were only worth about 200 at most.
The final nail in the coffin was they didnt pay the fees at Teddington studios where they film at and the people there took all the swipe passes away and wouldnt let them in. They were then fined £400,000 by Ofcom on a Thursday and decided to quit last Tuesday.
All the 300 staff were redundant and not paid for November.

and yet Friendly TV is still on the air.

I'm tuned into Wyvern FM(the station he was at b4 working 4 chase) atm and was suprised to hear Jim Brooman back 4 today & tomorrow ,He doesnt know if hes staying though,hopefully he will.
