Go to West Bay quite a lot, thats a seaside village next to Bridport, better in the winter, not so packed.......... Just in case you want to know where Sidla has gone;
Bridport is near where Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall lives.
The harbour at West Bay, Bridport and surrounding areas were the setting for Harbour Lights, that Nick Berry thing.
The beach at West Bay is the famous setting for Leonard Rossiter's "The Rise and Fall of Reginald Perrin", (and vice versa) where he leaves his clothes on the beach and wades into the sea.
Some of the greatest dinosaur finds in Europe were at West Bay.
At night, An infamous grouping of wild animals occurs at West Bay, Known as Dorset Chavs, they parade around the harbour in motorised carraiges adorned with mock alloy wheels and wing things on the rear, stopping at one of the many take-aways along the route to buy food and shout at the 'Grockles' (tourists).
