Hi,

Am i right in saying if we did like a mini online radio using Shoutcast or somthing then we have permission to broadcast these sound paks on the radio ?

just thought id check incase i get a letter from the BBC asking for £250,000 lol.

I don't think you'd get a letter... but at the same time, no, you wouldnt have permission...

You can use the program to play out your OWN material.

But you cant use the Moyles jingles for your radio show.

can we not say somthing like thanks to radio 1 for supplying us with them or somthing?

Well Radio 1 hasn't supplied you with them, as you haven't asked permission.

That's like ITV showing eastenders and saying "Thanks to the BBC for making that" at the end
