Some moaning locals have gone and made a fuss again

I was at this year's festival and the much-maligned 2000 Glasto, and the issues jeopordising the license this year seemed to have been well dealt with, it wasn't nearly as crowded and generally the atmosphere was far friendlier and hospitable.
I can't understand why people living in the surrounding villages whinge so much, so much has been done to solve their problems, and they even get free tickets, and now a small group of Tory-voting blue-rinsed yocals from a village with a population of no more than 2000 have seen to it that the largest and most prestigious festival in Europe won't go ahead unless the appeal is successful. GRRRRRRRRRRRR.

There is a man who owns some land bordering the festival site, who every year the event is on puts up a huge, illuminated cross overlooking the site to remind revellers of their sins.
