Topher, have you tried installing the older version to a different directory to the default? It may not be possible as Sidla says because IE versions 4 onwards tend to integrate themselves with Windows anyway, but it might be worth a try.
No, unfortunately it realises that you have a higher version before you get the chance to choose a directory to install. Bloody MS control freaks! Never mind, I'll try timb's way, thanks!
