My dad (aka personal chauffer to my sister) has been overwhelmed by the devil of pop music as my sibling insists on bringing her collection of pop cd's in the car.

Know some of you may be familiar with father trash, he takes anti depressants and is a little strange in the nogging.

Now he has heard certain popular tunes, he likes to sing them on occassions...totally messing up the lyrics.

For example Dialemma by Nelly and Smelly.
'No matter what I do
Barry Wall (his counsellor) will be there for you'

or sugababes 'round round' hit....

'Round Round
pick your nose twice daily' (this is not intended comedy on his part by the way. He has a fascination with picking noses)

This is no means another 'stevo story', it is 100% legit. My dad is insane (* knows how he still holds a driving license) and he really has no idea how funny his lyric manipulation is.

Perhaps now you realise why I hide behind a shed load of characters and am so bitter.....grrrr piow

I doubt my dad would for me if I was a boy, he'd make me walk. But he and my mum have a big thing about girls walking the streets on their own, and round here they're probably right. Me and my sisters were never allowed a paper round because my mum said it was 'boys work'.

I didn't tell this story I don't think - a couple of weeks ago my dad dropped me off somewhere to meet some friends, and there was a load of police about and they had sectioned off a church. Thought naught of it (not so uncommen) and went back there for my dad to pick me up later. By then the police had gone, and I'm not so fond of waiting in a isolated street in the dark anyway, but when I got home and looked at the paper I realised the police had been there because the night before a woman had been dragged off the street and 'severly sexually abused'. Might not mean anything to you but it really made my skin crawl...if I'd been there the night before or he'd come the night after....

It pees me off though, because my sister only has to click her fingers and my dad comes running. I never got such treatment, and in my opinion I'm better off for it.

My Dads an arse anyway, I only ever see him for a drink every now and again 'cos we don't get on. My 18th birthday was joint with my 19th Christmas present... Only 14 months late.

Anyway, he always makes Mum do all the ferrying around, claims he has stuff to do, theres an excuse every time. Not that it affects me, I use my bike, but still out of order.
