We have trams in Sheffield. They're currently installing them in Leeds too and they've been thinking about it in Leicester for donkey's years.

MK was originally built with a Tube in mind and actually the original tunnels are still there. Shame it didn't get off the ground, 'cos the bus service here is shit. There is always talk of a monorail type thing.
