BBC 4 is not meant to be like Radio 4 bob. BBC 3 and 4 are like BBC2 split into two with the more educational serious stuff on BBC4 and the more lighthearted comedy on BBC3.

Where did you get that from? Does that mean that BBC 1 is meant to be young and hip and cool, BBC 2 is for slightly older people, BBC3 is for classical and really different stuff. This means they will soon be launching BBC 5 live? Or is that news24 and parliament?
