As his run-in with the spooks reveals they are extremely well organised, so why would they be so amatuerish with the disposal of this astonishing film?

Yes, the spooks really would have a tinted out black vehicle just to draw the attention of the whole neighbourhood, wouldn't they? this kid has been watching too many spy films.

So they traced him down within minutes by hacking his computer and tapping his telephone, but don't seem to be able to do anything about his e-mail address or his website.

It sounds like a movie thing, in a Blair Witch Project stylee. One of those that blurs the the boundary between truth and fiction.
It is quite well done, apart from the obviously ludacrous scenario. It has some nice touches like the many different languages for global exposure, but I think that only intellectually challenged people would even consider to believe even the slightest truth in this.

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the authorities can close down any site that they don't want up. So surely they would have closed this one down...actually I don't know why I'm actually attempting having a rational conversation about this...

I mean, people who host child porn sites will be very hard to contact, but the police regularily close them down, don't they? or can't they do that?
